This project is a short video that provides insight into the artistic processes carried out in the creation of an artwork. The video consists of time-lapses, videos and images to entertain and inform the audience throughout the artmaking process. The purpose of this project is to provide people with an in depth look into the creation of an artwork and the many attributes needed to do so. Harrison's goals were to: 1. Enhance your appreciation of the art piece and others like it by showing how long it takes for the process to be carried out. 2. Demonstrate all the minute details that need to be addressed to make it both meaningful and interesting to look at. 3. Explain to the audience how the artwork is meaningful and provide them with a background and structure with which to judge other pieces of art.

The intention of this project is to create a short thriller film designed to build both fear and suspense for the viewer. The creation of a short film allows for an unknown entity, possessing the antagonist with unknown motives stalks and hunts down the protagonist. This will lead to the protagonist and antagonist meeting and the protagonist in an unknown location and hears the entity speaking to him. The target audience for this film is men aged in their early teens to late 20s. As the film progresses different techniques will be used to differentiate between the real world and the ‘dream world’. Techniques such as 3D animation, layering audio over each other and a change in focus is used. These techniques will be used to add depth into the film allowing for the viewer to feel more immersed in the overall storyline.
