The HSC Major Works, Projects and Performances contribute to a significant percentage of the students’ HSC Examination marks. Despite the unprecedented challenges experienced this year by our students, they have been able to produce high quality works and performances which demonstrate their skills and creativity. This is a testament to their efforts and perseverance as well as the support they have received from their teachers.
In a ‘normal’ year, parents and family members would be able to attend different showcase events at the College to see the performances and the works. This year it has been managed differently through the creation of a website to showcase the talents of our Year 12 students.
This website showcases the work of our students in Dance, Drama, Music, Visual Arts, Design and Technology, Industrial Technology – Multi Media and Science Extension.
No doubt, parents have supported their daughters or sons throughout this process. I would also like to acknowledge the dedication of our Year 12 teachers who have developed the God given talents of their students and supported them through the process. They have generously given their time after-hours or in holidays to open workshops or provide assistance. Thank you to Mrs Taylor for her work in creating this website with for the Showcase and Mr Hitchens for his technical expertise.
